Founded in 2007, Shanxi Zhongxing Casting Group is located at the foot of Mount Wutai in Shanxi Province. It is rich in resources and convenient in transportation. It covers an area of more than 800 mu and has more than 1600 employees. It is a comprehensive industrial chain group in Xinzhou region that integrates iron ore mining, ore selection, ore powder smelting, cast iron processing, and mechanical manufacturing. Zhongxing Ping-type Guan iron ore

Zhongxing Ping-type Guan Iron Mine was founded in 1985, and in the early days it was a county-run enterprise. In 2020, the company was reorganized by Shanxi Zhongxing Casting Group Co., Ltd. Zhongxing Pingxingguan Iron Ore Co., Ltd. is located 6km northeast of Pingxingguan Town, as of December 31, 2022, the cumulative iron ore reserves in the region are 37.98 million tons, the cumulative resources used are 10.75 million tons, and the retained resources are 27.23 million tons.

After the reorganization, Zhongxing Pingxingguan ore dressing plant technology is changed to two production series, with an annual output of 2 million tons of raw ore, 800,000 tons of iron concentrate powder, and 65.55% of iron concentrate powder, with the characteristics of low phosphorus and low sulfur. Pingxingguan Iron Mine will rely on resources, take development as the theme, and will enter the metallurgical industry with a new attitude, and strive to use 3 to 5 years to achieve the design scale requirements through technological transformation, expansion, and the production of raw ore and iron concentrate powder, and then re-stimulate the vitality of the enterprise and make new contributions to promoting the stable development of the local economy in Fanzhi County.

ZTE Casting

ZTE Casting covers an area of about 400,000 square meters, with total assets of 750 million yuan and more than 1,100 employees, including more than 200 management and professional and technical personnel. The company has passed ISO9001:2015 quality management system certification, safety production standard second-level enterprise acceptance, is the first batch of casting pig iron production enterprises recognized by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. ZTE Casting achieved ultra-low emissions, and the environmental impact assessment of the project passed the provincial environmental protection acceptance. The main production process and equipment level include: a 380m3 blast furnace, a 60m2 sintering machine, two 10m2 ring furnaces, a set of 3500 m3 pressure swing adsorption oxygen generator, blast furnace pulverized coal injection system and 3MW gas generator set, etc., advanced production technology, complete supporting facilities, with an annual output of 450,000 tons of high-quality cast pig iron production capacity, the products are mainly low-phosphorus and low-sulfur high-quality ductile iron.
